This online profile is designed for the individual learner.Learner creates a secure account on the Everything DiSC on Catalyst online platform to complete the assessment.

  • Allow 15-20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

  • Learner responds to a series of behavioral statements using a five-point scale to complete the assessment.

  • Learner’s DiSC profile report is available immediately upon completion on Catalyst and a copy can be downloaded.
