I have over 10 years of experience in consulting, coaching, and leading businesses in various sectors, including energy, construction, agriculture, and economic development. I have held leadership positions in public, private, and nonprofit sectors, including senior managing director at JobsOhio, director of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, and senior vice president at American Electric Power.
I leverage my strategy, leadership development, board governance, and performance management expertise to help organizations overcome challenges, seize opportunities, and create positive impact. I am a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and I have completed executive programs and certifications from Harvard Business School, CFA Institute, Policy Governance®, Everything DiSC®, and Korn Ferry. I am also a board member of CK Construction.

I am results-oriented with a strong performance record in workforce development. As Partner at CDM Partners, I advise clients in achieving their talent acquisition, retention, and development goals.
I am highly experienced in State of Ohio workforce development incentives, workforce development programs and workforce development resources.
My professional experience includes working directly with and serving on committees of the Regional Workforce Development Boards to implement customized workforce development programs that focus on directly improving and enhancing outcomes.
My skills include asking the asking the right questions, assessing workforce needs, and designing and implementing strategies that grow workforce talents to produce results.
