Development Cohort

CDM Partners will typically engage up to 10 leaders in your organization through a 6-to-12-month process to build the skills needed to strengthen their behavioral style and emotional intelligence and build stronger internal and external relationships with your organization.

CDM Partners’ Leadership Development Cohort incorporates the following program elements:  Everything DiSC workshops, Korn Ferry’s Emotional and Social Competency Inventory 360, facilitated group meetings, and coaching sessions in person at your location. CDM Partners will tailor the cohort to meet your organization's specific requirements.
